An existing small bungalow from the 60’s was transformed through intensive alteration and significant addition into a bright, open concept, 2 storey, 4 bedroom dwelling overlooking a ravine. Additional requirements of the Toronto Regional Conservation Authorities (TRCA) were taken into account in the design of the rear of the house.
