A major renovation and addition to the existing dental clinic and a new second storey residential addition were on the client’s list. We intensively researched for similar developments, checked the zoning regulations, and developed preliminary concept design. A smooth and functional co-existence between the busy dental clinic and the proposed luxurious residence was achieved. Presentation drawings and a site plan study were prepared for discussion with the planning department of the City of Mississauga.
