MOD VILLAGE in downtown Toronto- 102 UNITS with 88,700 sf of floor area, 2 levels of underground parking, recessed upper floors with roof terraces and amenity space. As part of the team of Sirlin Giller & Malek Architects (the Architect of record), our task was to prepare presentation materials, design drawings as well as the permit, tender and construction sets of drawings. We coordinated the job with all consultants and closely assisted the project architect during the construction phase.
