2 storey addition to existing heritage building with over 60% of added area. The existing structure had to be relocated and its integrity preserved. The character and details of the original had to be echoed in the addition. A contemporary and functional interior was a must. The featured backyard with mature trees and steep slope hosted a design which was brought to life by the builder.
