Downtown Milton has areas designated for mixed use. Through intensive interior and exterior renovation and alterations, we helped our client not only to preserve and upgrade the existing 2^nd floor apartments, but also to add additional commercial area for business use in the renovated basement. Barrier-free access was provided on the main floor and to the basement.  More detail was added to the front facade. The building blends nicely with the historic Main Street in Milton.
