VICTORIA SQUARE RESIDENCES is a 10 storey condominium building in downtown Toronto- 227 UNITS with over 185,000 sf of floor area, 3 levels of underground parking, recessed upper floors with roof terraces and amenity space.  As part of the team of Sirlin Giller & Malek Architects (the Architect of record), our task was to prepare presentation materials, design drawings as well as the permit, tender and construction sets of drawings. We coordinated the job with all consultants and closely assisted the project architect during the construction phase.
